Draw the line AB 7cm long.


With A as the centre and radius slightly larger than half of AB, draw arcs on both the sides of the line AB.


With the same radius and B as the centre, draw arcs intersecting the former ones in C and D.


Draw line CD cutting line AB in point O.

Line CD bisects line AB in point O.
