15 Minutes Daily Sketching Benefits Improve your Drawing Abilities Rapid Sketching Exercises Spending just 15 minutes daily on sketching can significantly improve creativity, observation, and motor skills. Research suggests that regular sketching enhances cognitive functions, problem-solving abilities, and memory retention (Andrade, 2010). It helps develop artistic confidence and sharpens hand-eye coordination. Daily sketching fosters mindfulness, reduces stress, and promotes self-expression. According to Edwards (1999), consistent practice refines perception and boosts visual thinking. Whether for beginners or professionals, a short sketching session strengthens fundamental skills and encourages artistic growth. This habit nurtures discipline, enhances focus, and gradually improves overall drawing abilities, making it a valuable exercise for artists and students alike.
